Heindré Keith
CEO & Inventor
With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, Heindré Rademan has driven innovation in sustainable water treatment and agriculture. Since becoming CEO of Soldevco Pty Ltd in 2019, he has led the company to the forefront of water treatment technology. His leadership spearheaded the development and patenting of the Ultra-Oxygen Micro and Ultrafine Bubble Generators, which drastically cut energy use and provide chemical-free water solutions across aquaculture, agriculture, and wastewater treatment.
Heindré also introduced pioneering IoT solutions, SmartFarmer and Aqua-Smart, for real-time management of dissolved oxygen and pH levels. His commitment to sustainability is evident in Soldevco’s award-winning UO2-Drylet Biocatalyst for enhanced bioremediation and the eco-friendly UO2-Quantum Disinfection™ technology.

Founder & Director
Alisia Rautenbach, Director and sole owner of Soldevco Pty Ltd, brings over 12 years of civil engineering experience to the company, leveraging her role as co-owner of the Ultra-Oxygen brand and technology. She has a deep understanding of global water management, from wastewater and water supply to energy recovery.
A dynamic leader under 35, Alisia’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to innovation drive Soldevco’s mission of sustainable solutions in water management and agriculture. Her strategic vision and dedication have positioned Soldevco as a leader in wastewater treatment, hydroponics, aquaponics, and controlled environment agriculture with Ultra-Oxygen technology. Under her guidance, Soldevco is making significant strides toward a more sustainable future.
